Payment

We can provide a few payment options: PayPal, Wise, WayForPay to pay with Google Pay/Apple Pay, and Credit/Debit cards but current option are unable to pay with AmericanExpress cards, WesternUnion, Bank Transfer, MoneyGram, USDT.

Shipping

The packages with EasyPixel products first go to Slovakia(3-4 days) with private cargo company and then worldwide with Fedex(4-14 days). You’ll get a FedEx tracking number after the parcel is dispatched.

We cannot send packages with built-in batteries by FedEx from Ukraine due to Ukrainian law.

There is no problem to send the products with built-in batteries to Ukraine if there any warranty issues happen with the props.

Warranty

We provide a lifetime warranty for all our props and a one-year free repair warranty on all electronic parts like batteries, microcontrollers, LED stripes, and buttons during the first year.

We cover the shipping cost for warranty cases from us to you during the first year of usage.

Also, you can order a spare parts and replace them by yourself.

If you aren’t satisfied with our product you can send it back for a refund or item exchange within 30 days of receiving it.
