Use the slide-switch button to turn on/off your props.
Use the clock button to switch on the next pattern.
Battery:
- 5 LED indicates the battery level.
- White lights turn yellow then red.
Definition:

White only – full charge.

Yellow – 30% to 70%.

Red only – charging needed.

When the battery level is low images will lose their saturation.
Checking the battery level and change the group:
- Hold the clock button and turn on your prop at the same time. Release both buttons when the battery indicator appears.
- During the next 1.5 seconds, the battery level is displayed.
After that, you will see groups if they pre-installed on your prop.
The white light indicates your current group. - Press the clock button to switch between groups then hold for 2 seconds to save the next group.
- The yellow light indicates the selected group.
- Turn off then turn on your prop to play the selected group.
Change the group for each of your props.
Please note:
To extend the battery life, don’t leave discharged props for a long time. The prop can be on charge an unlimited amount of time, built-in protection doesn’t allow it to charge above a safe level.

Project creation tips
- Before creating a new project set correct parameters in General settings in the PixelDFM app.
- Set the resolution (number of dots) have your props.
- Use the APA102/c LED type for poi and transformers.
- Use the WS2812/b LED type for fans, dragon staff, galaxy, wings.
- Use the “Turbo boost” option for the poi 52 and Transformer 110.
- Check all boxes by default to enable the radio module.
- Use the same radio channel to synchronize your props.
- Check the “Transformer” box above the list of images if you are using transformers.
- Optimal FPS for spinning 400-800 for the dragon staff/fans and 1000-1500 FPS for transformers/poi.
- Drag and drop images/logos to the editing area or to the list of pictures.
- Maximum time of one image is 30 sec. If you want to loop it, set 0 in the time field.
- The project can include up to 255 images and 5 groups.
- The pre-installed project isn’t displayed in the application. Download and extract it for each type of props.
- We don’t recommend setting brightness below 5%.
- In low power mode, your props can work up to 40 hours with simple patterns and shapes.
- Use lower brightness of 20-30% when you are performing in the dark. High brightness is harmful to the eyes.
How to load patterns?
Upload the project on the props in turn.
- Download and install our software on your PC.
- Download the project for your prop and extract files.
- Open downloaded .pxp file. The project with images should display in the PixelDFM app.
- Use the USB cable to connect the prop to the PC.
- Turn on the connected prop.
- The current version of the prop and “Online” word will appear at the left bottom corner in the app window.
- Click on the “Load” button to upload the project on your prop.
- After the project is successfully loaded, you’ll see the popup of the successful loading.
- Turn off your prop and disconnect the USB cable.
How to create a light sequence to music?
- Open PixelStarter app.
- Open .mp3 file in the application.
- Music timeline will display in the interface.
- Press the S button to select a starting point. The blue line will display the start.
- Listen to the track and set marks pressing the P button in places where you want to change pictures. Marks will be displayed in red. To remove a mark, right click on it.
- Save markup PMK when you finish setting all marks.
- Open PixelDFM app.
- You can add your markup PMK to an existing list of images to modify time parameters or create empty slots with changed time parameters by using drag and drop function to each.
